L’UETR è tornata sul tema dei nuovi standard emissivi dei camion nella Ue.
In una lettera congiunta inviata agli Stati membri dell’Unione evidenzia, infatti, l’assenza di una reale considerazione del potenziale dei biocarburanti per raggiungere l’obiettivo della decarbonizzazione del settore dei trasporti.

La lettera è stata firmata da altre 20 organizzazioni europee dell’industria manifatturiera di carburanti ed energia, tutte convinte che le posizioni fino ad ora espresse in seno agli organismi Ue non riflettano in modo adeguato il vero potenziale dei biocarburanti all’interno della strategia europea verso la transizione green.

The UETR has returned to the issue of new emission standards for trucks in the EU.
In a joint letter sent to the Member States of the Union, it highlights the lack of real consideration of the potential of biofuels to achieve the goal of decarbonizing the transport sector.

The letter was signed by 20 other European organizations in the fuel and energy manufacturing industry, all convinced that the positions expressed so far within the EU bodies do not adequately reflect the true potential of biofuels within the European strategy towards the green transition.
